The knee on the stairs. The lower back when you stand up. The heel on your first steps out of bed. Look up the ache, press the 2 to 4 spots beside it, 1–3 minutes each, sitting in your own chair. If it hurts here, press there.
The Vietnamese Acupressure Guide gives you 60 everyday aches, each one matched to the exact spots to press and a ready routine, with the minutes for each spot. Large print. Made for stiff hands.

Your pain is real, and it isn't only your age.
You may have tried already. Press here, press there. Then the questions start.
Which spot exactly? One side or both? How hard? How long? In what order?
So you pressed once, felt nothing much, and stopped.
That was not your fault. Nobody gave you the missing step. Here it is.
Before you buy anything, try the method on your own hand.
The web between your thumb and first finger (LI4 · Hegu).
1. Find the area. Look at the back of your hand. Start at the web between your thumb and first finger. Walk your other thumb back along the bone of your first finger, about halfway. Roll onto the muscle beside it.
2. Hunt for the spot that stings — that's the one. Probe slowly, in small steps. Most of it feels like ordinary muscle. One spot will sting, sharper than everything around it, like an old bruise you had forgotten. Stay on it.
3. Small circles, 1–3 minutes. Use the tip of your thumb, not the soft pad. About one slow circle a second. Start with 1 minute.
Skip this spot if you are pregnant, or if the skin is broken, bruised, hot or swollen.
Did you find a spot that stung? That is the whole difference.
Now imagine that, done right, for 15 points, matched to your back, your knees, your feet, your neck and your nights. With the order, the minutes, and the side of the body already worked out for you.
That is the book.

Send me the book + stick — $37Book $67 + stick $27.99 =For years my own back, neck and head ached, and pills were the only answer I knew. Then I found good teachers here in Vietnam and started learning on my own body.
What changed things was not learning hundreds of points. It was learning a few points well: exactly where they sit, how to find the spot that stings, how long to stay, and which ones go together.
Nearly 320,000 people follow The Neuro Reset on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, 225,000 of them on Facebook, where I post a short pressing video almost every day.
This book is the short version I wish someone had handed me at the start.
Sitting, own hands, a few minutes. Every routine in the book is done this way.
Most charts show you dozens of points and leave the rest to you. This book does the opposite. It gives you 15 points and three exact steps:
| Step | What you do | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Find the area | Measure with your own fingers: 2 finger-widths, 4 finger-widths. The map fits your body, whatever your size. | You land in the right place the first time. |
| 2. Hunt for the spot that stings | Probe in small steps until one spot stings sharper than the rest. That's the one. | This is the step the videos skip. The area is not the point. |
| 3. Small circles, 1–3 minutes | Start with 1 minute. Eased? Move on. Still sore? Stay up to 3. Both sides. | You know when to stop, so you don't waste your hands. |
What to expect, honestly. I can't promise an ache will go away. Nobody honest can. Many people feel a small change the first time. Steady change usually takes two to three weeks of a few minutes a day. The tracker in the book lets you watch your own numbers.
Acupressure has been studied most for low back pain: a 2021 review looked at 23 trials with about 2,400 people. The research is still small, and we make no promise of results. What we give you is a clear, safe way to try it properly.
| What you live with | Where the book sends you |
|---|---|
| A neck that won't turn when you back the car out | Routine 8: under the skull, the outer edge of the hand while you turn your head, the top of the shoulder |
| A lower back that's stiff in the morning | Routine 1: the edge of the hand while you rock gently in the chair, the back of the knee, the outer ankle |
| Knees that set the pace on the stairs | Routine 5: the two dimples under each kneecap, the outer leg, the front of the shin |
| Heel pain with the first steps | Routine 14: done on the edge of the bed, before you stand |
| An ache that wakes you in the small hours | Routine 18: before bed, so it's easier to settle, and easier to fall back asleep when something wakes you |
| Hands and jaw that ache by evening | Routine 12: two spots, from 4 minutes |
| "Which point is for my ache?" | The ache finder: 60 everyday aches in plain words, each with its points and routine number |
| "The print is too small." | Large print: 16-point type in the print version, made to sit open beside your chair |
| "My thumb gives out." | Every point says how to spare your hands. And the first 50 sets come with the brass Round-End Stick: your fingers find the spot, the stick holds the pressure |
| "Is this safe for me?" | Every point has a "leave it alone if" line, plus a full safety page |
| "Is it doing anything?" | The 21-day tracker: score your ache 0–10 before and after, and watch the numbers move |
| Day | What you do |
|---|---|
| Tonight | Read one page, "How I press". Find your ache on the list. Do that routine once. Mark day 1. |
| Days 2–7 | Same routine, once a day. Same chair, same time. Write your before and after numbers. |
| Day 8 | Look at your tracker. Keep the routine, or add a second one. |
No appointment. No membership. The stick comes with your set. Your own hands, a chair, and a few minutes.
Picture it. It's evening. You sit on the edge of the bed with the book open at routine 18. Wrists, forearms, the inside of the leg, the soles of the feet. Then you lie down, phone out of reach.
On Saturday you sit for a few minutes before the stairs: the two dimples under each kneecap, the outer leg, the front of the shin.
You back the car out and your head turns a little further than last week. On the tracker you write a 6 before, a 4 after. Small numbers moving. Something you did, with your own hands.

What this is worth. A single hands-on session with a practitioner usually costs more than this whole set, and it's over in an hour. The Guide stays with you every evening, for the ache you have today and the one that turns up next winter.

Digital books are final sale, because once a file is downloaded it can't be returned. So instead of a refund, here is what we promise:
1. The file promise. If your files won't open, or the download goes wrong, email phong@theneuroreset.com. We'll fix it or send them again.
2. The "stuck" promise. If you can't find the spot that stings, or you're not sure a routine suits you, write to us. A real person on my team reads it and answers.
3. The stick promise. If your stick arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send you a new one, free.
4. Try before you pay. You have already tried the method on your own hand, on this page. If you found that spot, you know what the rest of the book feels like.
That's the most common thing I hear. It usually means no one showed you how to find the right spot. The area is not the point. Inside that area, one spot stings, sharper than everything around it. Hunt for the spot that stings — that's the one. Stay on it, small circles, 1–3 minutes. The book shows you how to hunt for it, point by point.
Most of the people I teach say the same. That is why the first 50 sets come with a brass Round-End Stick. Each point page shows you how to spare your hands: swap hands every 30 seconds, press with the side of a bent knuckle, or let a simple tool hold the pressure. Your hands get tired. A tool doesn't.
Each spot takes 1 to 3 minutes, sitting down. If the ache eases after the first minute, move on. The shortest routines take about 4 minutes.
Every point has its own "leave it alone if" line, and there's a full safety page: pregnancy, blood thinners, varicose veins, numb feet, recent surgery, and the signs that mean see a doctor instead. Keep seeing your doctor. This is something you can do between visits.
No, and I won't tell you it will. What it gives you is a way to ease the ache yourself, a few minutes a day, and to watch for a change over two to three weeks.
Please do. Mine are free too. What videos can't give you is the whole system in one place: the right points for your ache, in order, with minutes, in large print, beside your chair.
It's a digital book (PDF) in two versions. You download both right after you order: one for your phone or tablet, one in large print to print at home on US Letter paper. The stick is real: it ships in 1–5 business days and arrives in 10–20 business days.
No. The first 50 sets come with a brass Round-End Stick. Your hands and a chair do the rest.
