These terms apply when you use the Neuro Reset website, download our free material, or buy one of our courses. By using this website you accept them. If you do not agree with something here, please email theneuroreset@gmail.com before purchasing.

This is education, not medical care.

The Neuro Reset teaches acupressure and self-care techniques. Nothing we publish is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment, and none of it replaces care from a qualified health professional.

Scientific evidence for acupressure is still developing, and results vary from person to person. We do not promise that any technique will cure, heal, or resolve any condition.

Talk to your doctor before you begin if you are pregnant, are managing a health condition, take regular medication, or have had recent surgery or an injury. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if any technique causes pain, numbness, or discomfort.

What you are buying

Our courses are digital educational products: video lessons, illustrated guides, and written material delivered online. They are not physical goods and nothing is posted to you unless a product page says otherwise.

Payment and access

Prices are shown on the relevant product page and are charged in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Once your payment is complete, you receive access to the material you bought.

Refunds, and the rights you keep

We do not offer discretionary refunds. Our courses are digital material you can open and keep the moment you pay, so we cannot take them back. Please read the course description and ask us anything before you buy — email theneuroreset@gmail.com and we will answer honestly about whether a course suits you.

This does not affect the rights the law gives you. If the material is faulty, does not work as described, or you cannot get into what you paid for, you are entitled to have it put right and, where it cannot be put right, to a refund or a reduction in price. If you are in the United Kingdom those rights come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015; if you are in the European Union they come from your national law implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770. Nothing we write here reduces them. Tell us and we will fix it.

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, tell us and we will have it reversed.

Who you are buying from

The Neuro Reset is operated by HỘ KINH DOANH TRUNG TÂM CƠ XƯƠNG KHỚP TUỆ CHÂU TAM ĐIỆP, a household business registered in Viet Nam under tax code 8397551532-001, with its registered office at No. 21, Hoang Van Thu Street, Group 8, Trung Son Ward, Ninh Binh Province, Viet Nam. The owner is Nguyen Duy Phong. Our courses are sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. Gumroad is the seller on record for your transaction, collects any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and issues your invoice.

On your card statement the charge appears as GUMROAD* THE NEURO RES. If you see that line and do not recognise it, you are welcome to email us first — we reply within two working days and can tell you exactly what it was. That is usually faster than your bank, and it does not affect your right to take it up with your bank if you prefer. There is a fuller explanation on our card statement page.

Customers in the EU and the UK: your right to cancel

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, consumer law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. There is an exception for digital content that is delivered straight away.

When a course goes on sale, checkout will ask you to confirm two things before your order can be completed: that you want access to the material immediately, and that you understand you give up your 14-day right to cancel once that access is given. If you confirm both and we deliver the material, the cancellation right no longer applies. If you do not confirm them, you keep the full 14 days.

If you would rather keep your cancellation right, do not confirm it. Email us instead and we will arrange delivery once the 14 days have passed.

Your account and your copy

Your access is for you personally. Please do not share your login, copy our material for other people, resell it, or upload it elsewhere. We put years of work into this material and we ask you to respect that.

Our content belongs to us

All text, illustrations, video, and course material on this website are the property of The Neuro Reset and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal practice. You may not republish or teach from them commercially without our written permission.

The AI assistant

Our website includes an AI assistant that answers general questions about acupressure. It is automated, it can be wrong, and it does not give medical advice. Do not rely on it for any health decision, and do not type sensitive personal or medical information into it.

Limits on our responsibility

You use the techniques we teach at your own risk and are responsible for practising them sensibly and within your own physical limits. To the fullest extent the law allows, The Neuro Reset is not liable for any loss or injury arising from your use of this website or our material. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have that cannot legally be removed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam. This does not take away the protection given to you by the consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your own country's courts where the law there allows it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you bought.
