This policy explains what personal information The Neuro Reset collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have written it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us at theneuroreset@gmail.com and a person will answer you.

Who we are

This website is The Neuro Reset. It is run by Nguyen Duy Phong, trading as HỘ KINH DOANH TRUNG TÂM CƠ XƯƠNG KHỚP TUỆ CHÂU TAM ĐIỆP — a household business registered in Viet Nam under tax code 8397551532-001, with its registered office at No. 21, Hoang Van Thu Street, Group 8, Trung Son Ward, Ninh Binh Province, Viet Nam. He decides what personal information is collected here and why, which under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR makes him the data controller for that information.

You can reach him directly, and a person reads every message: theneuroreset@gmail.com. We aim to reply within two working days.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you ask us to send you the free Foot Map. This is the only thing our sign-up form asks for.
• Messages you type into the AI assistant on our website, so it can answer you.
• Basic technical information your browser sends automatically when you visit any website, such as your approximate location and the type of device you are using.

We do not ask for your date of birth, your address, or any health records. Please do not send us medical details through the AI assistant or by email — we are an educational service, not a healthcare provider.

Why we collect it

• To send you the free material you asked for.
• To send short email lessons and occasional news about our courses. You can stop these at any time.
• To answer your questions through the AI assistant or by email.

Who else sees your information

We use a small number of outside services to run this website. They only receive what they need to do their job:

• Gumroad is our payment provider and the merchant of record for every purchase. They receive your name, email address, and payment details so they can take payment, issue your invoice, and deliver what you bought. We never see or store your card number.
• Brevo is our email service. It stores your email address so we can send you the material you asked for and any follow-up messages you agreed to receive.
• n8n receives your email address from the sign-up form and passes it on to the services below. It is the plumbing between the form and your inbox.
• Google Sheets holds a list of the email addresses that have asked for the free Foot Map, so we know who has been sent what.
• Google Analytics counts visits and tells us which pages people read and where they stop reading. It does not tell us who you are. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, it is set to store nothing on your device unless you agree to it.
• Our web hosting provider keeps the website online.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your email address with other companies for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you want to hear from us. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, we remove them from our active list.

Where you have bought something from us, we keep a record of that order — the date, the amount, the email address used, and the technical details of the delivery — for 24 months. We do this to answer questions about a charge, to send you your material again if you lose it, and to defend against fraudulent payment disputes. Our lawful basis for keeping these records is our legitimate interest in preventing fraud, and where tax law requires a longer period, we follow that law.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete your information entirely,
• stop sending you email.

Email theneuroreset@gmail.com and we will act on your request. You do not need to give a reason. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and we stop. You can also simply reply to any of our emails and ask.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
