Tick any that fit — it's optional. It helps me send notes that match your ache. Or skip straight to the form.
What's inside
Point 14 sits on the back of your hand, in the mound of muscle between your thumb and first finger. Start at the web, walk your thumb back along the bone of the first finger to about halfway, then roll onto the muscle beside it. Hunt for the spot that stings — that's the one. Stay on it, small circles, one minute. Then the other hand.
Leave this point alone if you are pregnant, or the skin is broken, bruised, hot or swollen.
Written by Nguyen Duy Phong, who has studied Vietnamese acupressure for fifteen years. More than 315,000 people follow his work, and he has made more than 500 videos on YouTube. "These are the thirty places I press most often, on myself and on the people I teach. You don't need all thirty — start with the two or three that match your ache."
"Even just 5 minutes is a Godsend." — a reader, on pressing at home and "the relief I am getting"
A reader of 73, with knees she calls "bone on bone", has been pressing her hands for a few months. In her words: "it helps the mind too to be able to do something to help herself feel better."
