The charge on your card statement

If you are here because you saw a charge you did not recognise, you are in the right place.

Our charge appears on your statement as:

GUMROAD* THE NEURO RES

Some banks add BROOKLYN USA after it. Some show it as one long line without spaces. All of these are the same charge from us.

Why it does not say "The Neuro Reset"

Two reasons, and neither of them means anything is wrong.

Gumroad handles our payments. They are the company that takes the card details, so their name goes first on the line. We never see or store your card number.
Card networks cut the line short. Banks allow only about 22 characters, so "The Neuro Reset" gets trimmed to "THE NEURO RES". The missing letters are the end of the word Reset.

What you paid for

A charge from us means you bought one of our acupressure courses or guides — video lessons and illustrated material you can use at home. You should have received an email with a link to it within a few minutes of paying.

Cannot find that email? Look in your spam or junk folder first, then search your inbox for the words Gumroad or Neuro Reset. If it is not there, email us and we will send it again.

If you still do not recognise it

Email us and we will tell you what the charge was.

Write to theneuroreset@gmail.com with the date and the amount you see. We read every message ourselves and reply within two working days. We can tell you exactly what was bought and which email address it went to.

If the charge should not have happened, we will ask Gumroad — who took the payment and who holds the money — to reverse it, and we will keep you told until it is done.

This does not stop you going to your bank. Contacting us first is usually faster, but your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer is yours and we will never ask you to give it up.

Was it someone else in your household?

It happens more often than you would think. A partner, an adult child, or a friend may have used your card or ordered on your behalf. It is worth asking before you report the charge.
